Why Would Investors Co-Invest With Keystone?

We Start at the Core: Location and Fundamentals

We target high-potential assets in Western Australia’s tightly held growth corridors — focusing on irreplicable locational features like road access, visibility, land flexibility, and tenant appeal. These are the keystone features that hold value through cycles.

Valuation-Led Due Diligence

As licensed valuers, we assess whether the price is below replacement cost, if income aligns with market, and whether the asset's fundamentals are being underutilised. We only proceed when we see mispriced opportunity or underperformance we can correct.

Leasing Risk and Tenant Strategy

We analyse tenancy profiles, lease expiries, and market demand. Whether it’s vacancy we can fill or poor leasing terms we can renegotiate, we always model downside risk first — then build a plan for upside.

Uncovering Upside

We reposition underperforming properties through:

  • Targeted refurbishments

  • In-house town planning expertise

  • Lease restructuring

  • Subdivision or rezoning where appropriate

  • Our in-house town planners, builders, and asset managers identify pathways others miss.

Structuring for Alignment

Each asset sits within a dedicated sub-trust. We invest our own capital alongside our clients — ensuring our focus remains on protecting and growing your investment.

Exit by Design, Not Default

We plan the exit strategy at the point of acquisition. Whether holding long-term or selling post-enhancement, we only move when it suits the asset and the market.
