How much do I need to typically invest?

Our best-in-class pre-purchase investigations focus on capital preservation and reducing risk when acquiring property. Once investigations are complete, clients are invited to co-invest and co-own properties with Keystone, sharing in regular income and capital growth, with investments typically starting at $100,000.

Once invested, how do I find out more on the performance of my investment?

Keystone values clear communication, transparency, and trust. We provide regular updates and one-on-one communication to keep our clients informed every step of the way.

When will I receive my dividend on my investment?

Our investments typically offer monthly regular returns. Investors typically receive their first dividend the month after settlement.

How long does my investment last?

Investment terms can generally range from 2 to 7 years, offering regular passive income or value creation through development and refurbishment. Exit options are typically available throughout the term, with details outlined in the Information Memorandum for each investment.
